Being surrounded by the real estate industry since she was born gave Emma an insider’s look at this dynamic vocation. Wanting to familiarize herself with the business, she took a summer job filing paperwork for her uncle’s real estate transaction coordination company. When the Covid shelter-in-place regulations forced her to distance learn at home her senior year of high school, she had extra time in her schedule and accepted a part-time position working remotely as an assistant for another real estate transaction coordinator. After graduation, she began working full-time filing and assisting transactions. Emma obtained her real estate license at just 18 years old!
When a position at Brian Perry Real Estate Group became available, she insisted she was capable of managing the transactions, providing clerical and administrative support, and serving clients and team members. She is praised continually by peers for her professional demeanor, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
Apart from working, Emma likes to stay active and enjoys running. She also makes sure to balance her work life by getting together with her friends weekly. She enjoys visiting the beach as often as possible and being in the outdoors with her husband. Someday she hopes they will live by the beach and she can volunteer at the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
Whether clients are buying or selling a home or investment property, Brian Perry, and his carefully selected team of specialists, build trust by listening to the client's goals, negotiating the best outcome, and providing exceptional customer service.
