About Emma Avila

Emma has been immersed in the world of real estate since she was a child, giving her a unique, insider's perspective on this vibrant industry.  Her journey began with a summer job at her uncle’s real estate transaction coordination company, where she eagerly dove into filing paperwork to familiarize herself with the business.  When the Covid shelter-in-place regulations led to distance learning during her senior year of high school, Emma seized the opportunity to take on a part-time remote position as an assistant for another real estate transaction coordinator, further broadening her knowledge and experience.

Upon graduating, Emma wasted no time diving into a full-time role, providing administrative support and assisting with transactions.  Remarkably, she obtained her real estate license at the impressive age of 18! Now a key member of Brian Perry Real Estate Group, Emma is the organizational powerhouse behind seamless client experiences.  Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, Emma ensures every contract runs smoothly from start to finish.  Whether she’s coordinating complex deals, creating marketing content, or supporting team members, Emma’s expertise and enthusiasm make her an invaluable asset to the team and a trusted resource for clients navigating their real estate journey.

Outside of work, Emma values an active lifestyle, prioritizing a healthy work-life balance.  She and her husband enjoy spending quality time with friends, exploring new restaurants, and immersing themselves in the beauty of the coast whenever possible.  Her dream is for them to one day live by the beach and she volunteer at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, a testament to her passion for both community engagement and the natural world.
