Emma has been immersed in the world of real estate since she was a child, giving her a unique, insider's perspective on this complex industry. Her journey into real estate began with a summer job at her uncle’s real estate transaction coordination company, where she eagerly dived into filing paperwork to familiarize herself with the business. When the Covid shelter-in-place regulations led to distance learning during her senior year of high school, Emma seized the opportunity to take on a part-time remote position as an assistant for another real estate transaction coordinator, further deepening her knowledge and experience.
Upon graduating, Emma wasted no time and dove headfirst into a full-time role, diligently assisting with transactions. Remarkably, she obtained her real estate license at the impressive age of 18! When a position at Brian Perry Real Estate Group opened up, Emma confidently asserted her capability to manage transactions, provide administrative support, and serve both clients and team members. Her peers consistently commend her for her professional demeanor, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional impersonal and organizational skills.
Emma has since transitioned into a remote role and now resides in sunny Southern California, where her husband is going to college. Outside of work, Emma is an avid runner who values an active lifestyle. She maintains a healthy work-life balance by spending quality time with friends, exploring the vibrant culture of Southern California, and soaking up the coastal beauty as often as possible. Her dream is to one day live by the beach with her husband and volunteer at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, a testament to her passion for both community engagement and nature.
Whether clients are buying or selling a home or investment property, Brian Perry, and his carefully selected team of specialists, build trust by listening to the client's goals, negotiating the best outcome, and providing exceptional customer service.
