Property details are not widely disseminated and won’t appear on public home search websites, giving you control over what information is shared about you and your home. At the same time, your property still receives exposure to top agents within Compass, the #1 Brokerage in the US for sales volume verified by RealTrends, maximizing its visibility to qualified buyers.

Phase 2: Compass Coming Soon

Publicly launch your property on Compass.com, showcasing it to all agents and consumers on the internet without displaying days on market or price drop history.
