Stage 1: Compass Private Exclusive

A Private Exclusive listing is an off-market home shared directly by a Compass agent with their colleagues and their buyers. Property details are not widely disseminated and won’t appear on public home search websites, giving you control over what information is shared about you and your home. At the same time, your property still receives exposure to top agents within Compass, maximizing its visibility to qualified buyers.

Stage 2: Compass Coming Soon

Compass "Coming Soon" allows you to market your property, build anticipation, and refine pricing strategy without accruing days on the market. This off-market listing is visible only to Compass agents and their buyers which extends your marketing runway, allowing you to test the market without public price drops. You can launch your listing twice—first as a Coming Soon and then officially to the broader market, maximizing exposure and impact.

Stage 3: Go Live on All Platforms

We’ll ensure your property is effectively presented to the MLS and syndicated to third-party sites such as Compass, Trulia, Zillow, Homes.com, and Realtor.com. Additionally, we’ll create and invite fellow agents, neighbors, and buyers to Open Houses to spread the word about your listing within your community.
