We had an amazing experience working with Adrianna Parrott! From the beginning, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping us find the right home. We decided to go with a new construction home. We had several changes and change orders. Adrianna went above and beyond to help us understand each change and made sure everything was equal to or better than what we originally selected. She was always looking out for our best interests. She also took the extra steps to coordinate our walk through and closing around my hectic work schedule, which meant so much to us. Adrianna was responsive, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. We never felt like just another transaction—we genuinely felt cared for and knew she was in our corner. Holy Moly! We want to move back just so Brian can sell our house again. Brian Perry and his team are full service, start to finish. We put a lot of trust and faith in Brian and he earned it back in multiples. Not only did he suggest several ways to prep the house for sale, but he had contractors that were skilled, available, punctual and reasonable. The house was never more cared for (and beautiful) than the moment we listed. The over-asking price and speed of sale (less than two days) made the time and money that went into the transformation entirely worth it. Brian is very accessible, knowledgeable, tactful and has a plan. Plus, he's a really good person. It's a no-brainer to hire Brian Perry.

They assisted me greatly in my new home purchase. Once I had moved out they were a great help in giving me tips to prep my old home for sale. They had an offer within 48 hours of the house being on the market.
