Welcome to Folsom

Lakeside living in an active community near nature.

Known for its stunning natural scenery and thriving real estate market, Folsom is a beautiful and vibrant community located on the southern shores of Folsom Lake. Originally a farming town, and home to some of the earliest gold discoveries in the state, Folsom has a rich history reflected in its traditional architecture, fascinating museums, and bustling downtown area.

Thanks to its diverse population, Folsom has developed equally diverse residential neighborhoods boasting historic, well-established residences as well as newly built smart homes making use of the latest technology and modern architectural styles. While most people come to Folsom for its natural beauty, highly active community, and family-friendly atmosphere, it is slowly transforming into far more than a lakeside retreat and reclaiming its place as an integral part of the birth of modern California.
