Granite Bay

Whether you’re searching for a cozy lakeside retreat or an expansive, opulent ranch-style home, Granite Bay has something to offer everyone, including custom-built residences in a nearby estate or gated community.

Welcome to Granite Bay

Affluent living in a lakeside rural retreat.

A picturesque community nestled along the shores of Lake Folsom, just east of Sacramento, Granite Bay is affectionately known as the “Beverly Hills of the Sacramento-Roseville area.” Thanks to the neighborhood’s upscale gated communities and luxury homes varying from mansions and ranch-style residences to suburban cottages, Granite Bay has become incredibly popular among high-net-worth families and individuals looking to indulge in small-town charm that is still distinctly opulent and high-end.

First settled by pioneers in the 1800s, Granite Bay’s population subsequently boomed thanks to the area's fertile soils and an incredible natural landscape dominated by displays of large granite rock outcroppings. Despite its affluent population and reputation as a posh, exclusive community, much of Granite Bay is still considered to be quite rural, and this combination of unbridled luxury and laid-back country charm has created a unique atmosphere that resulted in Granite Bay’s incredibly sought after real estate market exploding in recent years.
